The Market - Is there one?

This is a chart that came in one of the random emails that I received.

Over the last few days, the dow plunged and the ST went into the 1500 range. Will Dow breach the 5000 level? If the GE (one of the most revered company in the world) is showing this kind of chart, the bottom of the market I guess is anybody's guess (no pun intended).
